Education
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Studies from the National Defence University, Islamabad (2021–2025), where she graduated with an excellent academic record.
Professional Experience
She has gained diverse professional exposure across research institutions, government bodies, and non-governmental organisations, including the Senate Secretariat, Ministry of Human Rights (NMRF), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (South Asia & SAARC Division), Aman Welfare Organisation, and New Sehar Foundation. She has also undertaken various professional development courses and certifications, such as Introduction to Digital Journalism (Reuters – Meta Journalism Project), Strategic South Asia (Stimson Center), and Applied Psychology and Emotional Intelligence (Kinnaird College). In addition, she has completed training workshops with UN Women on workplace harassment, alongside online courses on leadership, policymaking, and communication skills from institutions including the British Council, University of Leeds, and Deakin University.
Areas of Interest / Expertise
Her areas of interest include nuclear strategy, arms control and disarmament, South Asian security dynamics, and counter-terrorism. She is also keenly engaged in peace and conflict studies, foreign policy, and the impact of emerging military technologies on global security.

She has authored and co-authored several research papers, opinion articles, and policy analyses published across leading national and international platforms. Prominent among these are “Navigating the Astropolitical and Geopolitical Nexus: Strategic Technologies and Space Militarization Amidst Great Power Competition” published in Astropolitics – The International Journal of Space Politics & Policy in 2025), “Soft Power and Vaccine Diplomacy: An Analysis of China’s Global Image Enhancement during the COVID-19 Pandemic” published in BTTN in 2023).
